AOTEAROA ON LOCKDOWN

August 2021 Aotearoa the nation goes into lockdown - when things began to get difficult for workers. With Covid-19 sticking again and the nation in level 4 we had to find things to do. Schools are closed, kaiako trying their hardest to arrange mahi kainga for the kids. but mum has us all figured out. We spent the first week cleaning the house, mopping floors, cleaning our rooms. What did I learn from that?

Week two was a lot more interesting. I got my family into playing outer banks. We played other games like snakes and ladders and other card games. Mum and I went on a baking spree. We baked us some cakes and cheesecakes to get the moods up.  The family got carried away with  the laughter and it was actually starting to annoy me.  For father's day we had a seafood dinner and roast pork, and it was delicious.
